I’ve known Karan for a few years now as he was my personal trainer and is now a good friend. Working with Karan on my fitness goals was easy, I knew I wanted to lose weight and he knew how to get me to achieve the goal. There was a great deal and time and effort put into this goal. Karan was always patient and understanding and worked thoroughly with me on exercise routines as well as making extensive meal plans. Karan taught and guided me into the right direction, eating balanced meals, doing cardiovascular exercises and strength training. Today, 50 pounds lighter, I am much more energetic and have more confidence than I ever did! If I had to I would do it all over again and have Karan be my personal trainer because being healthy is so important no matter what the cost!

About 3 years ago I started a program of cardio workouts. In addition I used the services of a personal trainer 3 time per week. My motivation was primarily health related, seeking to lower cholesterol and blood sugar levels. I have now been training with Karan for a year and a half. I’ve been very pleased with the results, having lost over 30 pounds and significantly lowering both cholesterol and blood sugar. Karan provides the necessary motivation to continue training and keeps the workouts varied and interesting. It’s extremely valuable having someone who spots when you doing something incorrectly and modifies the workouts when they get either too hard or too easy. Prior to this time period I never thought I would be using a trainer. I originally tried this because it was part of the initial signup package at a gym, but I now recognize the value of having a personal trainer and I would highly recommend Karan to anyone seeking to start or continue a training program.

I was 55 years old carrying around 222 lbs at 5 feet tall my percentage of body fat was 48. Now I am 145 a loss of about 80 lbs., but the best thing percentage of body fat is around 33. I lost lots of inches. I wore a size 22w when we began and I now wear a 10-12p. I know that without his commitment, knowledge and encouragement this would not be possible. Thank you KARAN!
